Eye glass mirror is made from 100+ year old spectacle lenses. Many of the lenses are bifocals, some have screws for the nose bridge, and all have different prescriptions. The lenses were assembled on a form and project out 3” to the viewer. The antique mirror placed behind the eyeglass lenses create a web like barrel effect. Two borders frame the perimeter made from thick optical lenses, art modern chandelier pendants and triangular crystal chandelier pendants. The piece is finished with 1 ½” wooden frame painted bronze.
